DRAUGHTS CRAFT BEER PICKS
Honey Blonde (Firestone “805”, ABV: 4.4%)
Our lightest ale is no lightweight when it comes to flavor. The addition of California produced Buckwheat Honey lends a subtle sweet accent to this smooth, easy drinking ale.
Hefeweizen (Golden Road, ABV: 4.6%)
A traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed using a classic German recipe. Bavarian Yeast imparts a beautifully fruity flavor and aroma with hints of tropical fruit, banana, light citrus and undertones of clove like spice.
Pale Ale (Institution, ABV: 5.0%)
This Ale offers a rich, crisply hopped character with a medium malt profile. Nuances of toffee and vanilla unfold across a bright, clean texture.
I.P.A. (Firestone Union Jack, ABV: 7.2%)
An instant classic, Union Jack is the recipient of numerous awards including back to back wins at the Great American Beer Festival. Union Jack is abound with hop aroma and character. In fact this well balanced, west coast IPA is dry hopped 3 separate times, each lot giving it more and more of the grapefruit citrus hop aroma and flavor it is known for. Overall it utilizes over 4 pounds of pacific northwest hops per barrel.
Amber (Lot Coast , ABV: 4.95%)
This Medium Bodied Brew possesses a rich malty flavor and ruby red color. English and Slovenian hops contribute a clean, balanced texture and fragrant, spicy bouquet.
Brown Ale (Ale Smith Nut Brown, ABV: 5%)
California- English Brown Ale- Rich chocolate malt flavors create complexity and drinkability in this classic English-style Nut Brown ale. Although dark in color, Nut Brown Ale is an extremely easy drinking & relatively low alcohol beer. Gold Medal winner at LA County’s 2010 fair.
Porter (Einstok Porter), ABV: 6.0%)
With clear notes of toffee and dark chocolate, this Porter is roasty and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate. Toasted and chocolate malts give it a sinister black color, but its easy-to-drink taste will have you believing that there’s no need to be afraid of the dark.
